    Went to pick up triple white chocolate, less sauce, in the drive thru. Drink tasted like warm sugar water. There was not any hint of coffee. Had to throw the drink away after 2 sips.

    The drinks we ordered were good, but the wait time was ridiculous!! They were just standing around talking and drinking their own drinks. One guy seemed to be doing all the work. 7/2/19 9:08 pm drive thru

    The staff is always professional and knowledgeable of their job. They take great care to personally know repeat customers like my wife and I who for the most part have coffee orders long enough to make a song about. Problems are always rectified immediately on a personal level from management. Happy to say this is our Starbucks.
